Bean Bag Toss Game Plans

Plans include full-size patterns, step-by-step instructions and assembly diagrams to make the game boards, complete playing rules and instructions on making your own bean bags.

Wood: one 48" x 48" x 1/2" thick plywood, exterior grade 4 or 5-ply for better stability three 8' long 2X4 boards
one 48" long 2X4 board

Tools:
table saw and jigsaw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade
electric drill & 3/16" and 3/8" dia. drill bits

Hardware:
sixteen #8 x 3" long screws
twenty four 1 1/2" long finish nails

Supplies:
transfer paper, pencil & clear tape
sand paper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
paint brushes-2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide brushes & a fine tipped detail brush
wood glue-exterior

Paint:
water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat
high gloss latex paint (colors of your choice) for a finish coat
