At The Winfield Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and woodworking projects. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all patterns, hardware, and instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using your preferred tracked carrier.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
