Wood:
One 48" x 54" piece of plywood (1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability.)

Tools:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade.

Materials:
Steel Pipe Strap - 2 ft. length.
Screws - fourteen #10 x 3/8" long pan head.

Supplies: Transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 1/4", 3/4" and 2" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.

Paint: The following suggested colors of acrylic paint:
2002 - Antique Gold
2038 - Ultra Blue
2076 - Crimson
2089 - Navy Blue
2505 - White
2506 - Black
