This shadow design is a tribute to bikers that are gone but not forgotten. Stake it in your yard or display it proudly on the side of a building.

Project can be cut out all in one piece or as three separate pieces. Make it using a hand-held jigsaw, some transfer paper, black paint and our full-size pattern. (approximately 95" long)

Dimensions: 96" length x 36" tall

Wood: one sheet 36" x 96" x 1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability

Hardware:
three 3/8" dia. x 18" long fiberglass stakes (#YS18) six 3/8" clamps with screws (1 of #YSC2)

Tools:
hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade

Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws

Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT)
exterior latex enamel: black
