Wood: one 48" x 96" x 3/4" thick sheet of exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability
Hardware:
two 3/8" dia. x 18" long, fiberglass rods (#YS18)
four 3/8" dia. clamps with screws (one package #YSC2)
Saw: hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat
