The battle of Iwo Jima, the first American World War II attack on the Japanese Home Islands, produced fierce fighting and an emotional victory symbolized by the raising of the US flag. Honor the courage and bravery of both our Veterans and our active Military with our version of this inspiring event displayed in your yard. It's easy to make from plywood, black paint and our full-size pattern. Add a 24" x 36" flag with a 72" pole to complete the project. (47" x 80")

One 3/4" x 1 1/2" x 2" scrap piece of wood
Three 1X2 x 36" long stakes (for mounting)
Hardware:
Clamps-two metal, single side mount pipe clamps that fit your flag pole
Tools:
Hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
Paint:
White water base primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT)
P2506 Black or Black Exterior Enamel (no sealer required)
Sealer: High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected sealer for outdoor protection (#POLTQT)
Note: The flag is 24" x 36" and the flag pole is 6' tall x 1" in dia.
