Rider measure up to 21-1/4" tall

WOOD: Three 16" x 24" pieces of 1/4" thick Finnish Plywood (#FPLY4)

TOOLS: Hand held Jigsaw (Sabre Saw) or Scroll Saw with a non-chipping, scrolling blade.

SUPPLIES: Transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.

Velcro - Hook N Loop Outfit Tape (#ZZ-P-110)

PAINT: Water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following colors of Delta acrylic paints:
