Lazy santa and reindeer - set these festive Christmas figures on a windowsill, table or shelf.

Dimensions:
Santa - 10-1/2" tall x 20" wide
Reindeer - 10" tall x 20" wide

Wood:
3/4" #2 grade (or better) pine or 1/2" thick plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability.

Saw:
Scroll saw or hand-held sabre saw

Hardware:
