Wood: One 48" x 57" piece of plywood (3/4" thick exterior grade, good one or two side, preferably 5-ply for better stability)

Tools: Hand held jigsaw (sabre Saw), with a non-chipping, scrolling blade and a screwdriver

Hardware:
Stakes - Two 3/8" dia. x 18" long, fiberglass rods (2-#YS18) Clamps - Four 3/8" w/screws (1 pack of #YS18)

Supplies:
Transfer Paper (#CARB2)
Pencil & Clear Tape
Sand Paper - medium & fine grits
Wood Filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes - 2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
