These not-so-scary peeking Pirates are sure to get some double takes! Fun designs simply slip over the top of most fences up to 1" thick.

Make them from multiple layers of plywood and our Plastic Eyes (see More Info). Full size patterns to make the Captain and his motley-looking two man crew. (up to 23" tall)
