Plywood and Wood:
One 48" x 60" piece of 3/4" thick plywood
One 1X4 x 63" long piece of pine board
Tools:
Table saw and hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, hammer and/or Nail gun, drill5/32" dia. drill bits.
Hardware: Required for assembly and displaying
Screws - Thirty-Three #6 x 1-1/4" long, flat head Stakes - Two 1/4" dia. x 12" long steel rods (2 - #YS12)
Clamps - Four 1/4" dia. (1 pack #YSC3)
Nails - One box of 1-1/4" long
Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper - medium & fine grits
Wood filler - non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes - 3/4", 1/4" and 2" wide brushes or foam tip
Stain - suitable Brown color of your choice.
Paints:
White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
