One 36" x 48" x 3/4" thick piece of exterior plywood (sanded 2 sides).< Tools: Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail.
