Wood: one 48" x 96" x 1/2" or 3/4" thick sheet exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability

Tools:
hand held sabre saw or scroll saw with a smooth cutting, non-chipping, scrolling blade

Hardware: required for assembly
two 3/8" dia. x 18" long fiberglass stakes (#YS18)
two 3/16" dia. x 11" long zinc plated steel rods (#YS11)>br> four 3/8" dia. clamps (1 of #YSC2)>br> four 3/16" dia. clamps (1 of #YSC1)

Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
wood glue-exterior

Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat

Patio paints:
PP07-geranium red (may take 2 or more bottles)
PP19-antique mum
PP21-wrought iron black
PP28-fiesta yellow (may take 2 or more bottles)
PP39-natural tan grout
PP52-pumpkin
Sealer: high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection
