24" x 36" x 3/4" thick Plywood
1X4 x 18" long Pine Board

Saw:
Hand held sabre saw, Table saw

WOOD:
One 24" x 36" x 3/4" thick piece of exterior plywood.
One 2X4 x 12" long pine board.
One 1X4 x 20" long pine board.

TOOLS:
Table saw or circular saw and band saw or scroll saw with a
smooth non-chipping blade, drill and 3/16" and 3/8" dia. drill bits.

HARDWARE:
Rope - 3/8" dia. - length determined by the location you choose to hang.
Screws - Three #8 x 1-1/2" long flat head.

SUPPLIES::
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood Glue - exterior (#GLUETB3).
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail.

Paints:White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:

2451-Tropic Bay

2504-Yellow

Sealer: High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
