29-1/2" Tall x 20-1/2" Wide

Wood:
1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood, good 1 or 2 sides, preferabily 5-ply for better stability

Saw:
Hand-held sabre saw with smooth-cutting, non-chipping blade

Notes:
This can be layered also - by cutting the tail, body and sign separately and securing with glue and screws. Parts:
