Table saw and a scroll saw, band saw or hand held jigsaw with a smooth cutting, non-chipping blade, electric drill, 5/32", 11/64", 3/16", 1/4", and 3/8" dia. drill bits.
HARDWARE:
Hub - One 3/4" x 2-1/2" dia., wood.
Metal Sleeves - One 15/64" dia. x 13/16" long, brass.
Metal Rods - One 5/32" dia. x 5" long.
Washers - Four 3/16" I.D. x 7/16" O.D., Brass.
Eyescrews - 1/4" I.D. Zinc plated. (#EYE4 - optional: for hanging)
