one 36" x 48" piece of plywood (1/4" thick exterior grade, preferably 5-ply for better stability)
one 3/4" x 4" x 8" of scrap wood

table saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade

white primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT)
P2083-fire red
P2089-navy blue
P2505-white

Sealer:
use a high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer for outdoor protection (such as Polyshield by HydroCote (#POLYQT)
