Wood:
3/8" thick t-111 exterior grade plywood and #2 or better grade pine
or exterior grade plywood (3/8", 1/2" and 3/4")
optionally, use 7/8" thick rough sawn cedar
Saw:
Table saw, band saw or hand-held sabre saw
Use scroll saw for "bat box" letters.
Winfield Parts:
(1) FPLY - 5/32" thick x 8" x 9-1/2"
Other Parts:
Fiberglass screen - need (3) 12" x 30-3/4" pieces any thickness will do. The purpose is to give the bats something to hang on to. This can also use the screen you use in your window screens.
