Wood:
One 36" x 36" x 3/4" thick piece of exterior plywood.

One 2X2 x 22" long pine board.

Tools: Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, drill and 1/4" dia. drill bit.

Hardware:
Hinge - Two 1-1/2" x 1-1/2", brass plated (#BHNG2).
Eyescrew - One 5/16" I.D. (#EYE3).
Screw - Two #8 x 3" or 2" long, pan head.
Rope or Cord - 3/16" dia. x 12" long piece.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood Glue - exterior (#GLUETB3).
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail.

Paint:
White water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the
following suggested colors of Delta Craft paint:
#2030-Burnt Sienna
#2049-Spice Brown
#2411-Raw Sienna
#2424-Bambi
#2505-White
#2506-Black

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection
