Kilroy dates back to World war II where his multiple appearances added lightheartedness to heavy situations for many servicemen. Now you can make your own humorous big nosed Kilroy to display on a fence in your yard. Full-size patterns are included for the traditional look as well as four additional versions.

Wood: One 48" x 60" x 1/2" thick piece of exterior plywood.

Tools:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, wire cutters, drill and 1/8" dia. drill bit.

Materials:
Wire (for hair) - 12 Gauge x 66" long.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood Glue - exterior (#GLUETB3).
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail.

Paint:
white water base primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT)
