Wood:
One 8" x 9 1/2" sheet of 5/32" thick plywood (#FPLY)
One 2" x 2" piece of 1/4" thick plywood (scrap wood)
One 1 1/8" x 4 3/4" piece of 1 1/2" thick pine (scrap wood)
One 3/8" x 2 1/2" piece of 3/4" thick pine (scrap wood)
One 1/8" dia. x 2 1/4" long dowel
One 1 1/4" dia. x 20" long dowel
Five 1" dia. wood half-ball (#HBAL1)
One 2 1/2" dia. wood half-ball (#HBAL25)

Tools:
Scroll saw, band saw or a hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
Drill and 1/32", 1/16", 3/32", 1/8" and 1/2" dia. drill bits

Supplies:
White and black transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper - medium & fine grits
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint brushes - 3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tip detail brush
Craft glue - E6000 (#GLUE6) industrial strength, waterproof

Paints:White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
