Dimensions: 24" x 24" x 1/2" thick

Wood:
one 24" x 24" x 1/2" thick piece of exterior plywood

Tools:
scroll saw, hand held sabre saw (jig saw) or band saw, with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade
phillips screwdriver
electric drill and 3/16" dia. drill bit

Hardware: required for assembly
screws-four #10 x 3", flat head
screws-two #10 x 1/2 " long, flat head
screw-one #10 x 2" long, flat head
L-bracket-one 4" x 4" steel

Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
and filling screw holes
paint brushes-3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tip detail brush
wood glue-exterior

Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat

Sealer:
high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer for outdoor protection (#POLYQT).
