Wood: one 24" x 48" x 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability
Hardware:
#6 x 3/4" long screws
eight 3/16" dia. x 11" long, steel stakes (8-#YS11)
sixteen 3/16" clamps with screws (2-#YSC1)
Tools:
hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
drill and drill bits
Supplies:
transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat
PP07-geranium red
PP14-cloud white
Sealer: high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer for outdoor protection
