Witch Crash - A Witch on a broom - Crashed into a Tree!

Dimensions:
Approximately 40" tall x 33" wide (not including the broom)

Wood:
One 48" x 48" x 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood, good 1 or 2 sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability.

Saw:
Hand-held sabre saw with smooth-cutting, non-chipping blade

Hardware:
Eyescrews - 5/16" ID (1 pack #EYE3)
Hinges - Eight 1-1/2" x 1-1/2", brass with screws (Two packs #BHNG2)

Supplies:
Elastic Tie-Down Cords -(2) ELASTIC TIE-DOWN CORDS
Broom - One standard corn or Straw
Wire
Raffia Or Ribbon
Cotton Mop Head - One (for hair)
30 Gallon Trash Bag - One, Black (for cape)

Paints:
White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
