Wood: one 1 x 10 x 72" long board (select #1 grade pine or hardwood (knot free). If you don't mind the look of knots in your project use a lower cost #2 grade of lumber)
dowell - one 1/4" dia. x 2" long, wooden
Tools: hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade, drill, 5/32", 1/4" and 1-1/2" dia. drill bits, hammer and a screwdriver
Supplies: transfer paper (#CARB), pencil, & clear tape
sand paper- medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes - 2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide brushes
wood glue- exterior
