Our Rustic "Weathered" Birdhouse looks like a real Antique!
But its not!!

You build it from new materials and make it look old using the easy techniques included on our full-size pattern. Everyone that sees this unique rustic birdhouse will want one--so be prepared to make a few extra!

The Church has room for two bird families and the end panels remove for easy clean out. (17" tall)

5/32" thick plywood - One 8 x 9-1/2" piece (#FPLY)
1/4" thick plywood - one 16" x 24" piece (#FPLY4)
3/8" thick plywood - one 16" x 16" piece
3/4" thick pine - one 1 x 12 x 84" long board
One 4 x 4 x 60" long post

Saw: Scroll saw or hand-held sabre saw

Parts: 2-3 large empty tin cans (vegetable can)

Paint:
The following colors of acrylic latex paint:
Dark Grey and White

Sealer: High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
